Please read the following thoroughly before using this directory:

This is a family friendly website created for horse lovers around the world. Your business, website or online store must in no way promote racism, hatred, pornography, pyramid schemes, scams, spamming or any other illegal activity and complies with all copyright, trademarks, trade name laws. Links to adult content only websites will not be permitted.

Directory Listings: (Expire after 1 year unless upgraded.)
This service is for the promotion of products and services pertaining to the agricultural (farm & ranch) industry, such as western art, livestock and pets. If your listing has zero influence on the above industry, it will be removed. All directory listings must have a valid website address. Listings with broken website URLS will be removed when noticed. Listings are listed in alphabetical order and by Category. Top Links are listed by highest bid. All bids are listed in Canadian dollars.

Any person/business submitting false information will be removed from the directory, without notice or refund.

Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions may result in termination of your ad or suspend your right to access all or part of cowpokeswest.com without notice, warranty or refund,or for any conduct that we believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, associates, or cowpokeswest.com. Prices and availability of services on cowpokeswest.com are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when notified or discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

How To Submit Your Listing:

Free Listings:
Regular listings are free but you will be prompted to click on the PayPal image, click on the image to submit your listing and then click the back button on your browser to return from the PayPal page back to the site.

How To Bid:
This is a bid directory and you may upgrade your listing at any time to a higher placement in the directory, the minimum bid fee is $1.00 CDN per upgrade.

Editing Your Information:
If you need to edit the information on your listing or have it deleted, please use the contact form or email pokeydo@cowpokeswest.com as all editing is done manually. Please note that categories are still being added.

Duplications:
Any attempts to duplicate listings for the sake of higher ranking in the directory will not be accepted. If a new listing is found to be in duplication of an existing listing, it will not be accepted (please read above for editing your information) You must bid for higher ranking. Listings may be placed in more than one category providing the listing pertains to that category. Ex: If you sell both bronze work and Pencil Art, you may list under both categories.
